The U.S. Small Business Administration reminds homeowners, renters, businesses and non-profit organizations located in Indiana of the deadline to submit disaster loan applications for damage caused by the severe storms and flooding that occurred on August 4 through August 9, 2009. The deadline to file an application for physical damage is January 5, 2010.
Homeowners, renters, non-profit organizations and businesses of all sizes in the following counties are eligible to apply for physical disaster assistance: Bartholomew, Clark, Decatur, Floyd, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Jennings, Ripley, Scott and Washington in Indiana; and Jefferson, Oldham and Trimble in Kentucky.

SBA Extends Time at Disaster Loan Outreach Centers in Southeastern Indiana
Residents and businesses affected by severe storms and flooding that occurred Aug. 4-9 in Indiana, still have time to take advantage of the opportunity to visit one of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s temporary Disaster Loan Outreach Centers where they can apply for low-interest disaster loans from SBA. Completing the loan application and returning it is a crucial step toward disaster recovery.
The declaration covers Clark, Floyd and Jennings counties and the adjacent counties of Bartholomew, Decatur, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Ripley, Scott and Washington in Indiana; and Jefferson, Oldham and Trimble in Kentucky
- SBA announces filing deadline to submit disaster loan applications for physical damage caused by a tornado and severe storms that occurred on October 9, 2009 in Kentucky. The deadline to file an application for physical damage is December 28, 2009
