TITLE III PLAN INFORMATION |

FACILITY PLAN REQUIREMENTS
Section 302(c), KRS 39E.130
Facilities subject to the planning requirements must notify the Kentucky Emergency Response Commission, the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) and the Fire Department with jurisdiction that they are subject to the planning provisions. Facilities must notify the LEPC of the facility emergency coordinator who will work with the local committee and who shall provide information necessary to the development of those plans.
Annual review is required by March 1. If you have an approved plan, please review that plan. Do not develop another plan.

TIER II SUBMIT - 2007 |

The 2007 version of Tier 2 Submit is now available at the following webpage:
http://www.epa.gov/oem/content/epcra/tier2.htm
If you are planning to use Tier 2 Submit for your paper and electronic submissions for 2007 (due by March 1, 2008) you will need to use the new version of Tier 2 Submit. If you want to upadate last year's Tier 2 submission you can get directions on importing this information into 2007 Tier 2 Submit in the Facility Submission Guide available on the Tier 2 webpage.
If you are planning to enter this information into a CAMEO database you will need to also download the 2007 CAMEO v.1.2.2
CAMEO version 1.2.2 is now available at:
http://www.epa.gov/ceppo/cameo/
In order to import Tier 2 Submit 2007 data into CAMEO you MUST use this new version.
There is an instruction manual for this program available on the CAMEO webpage.
The Kentucky Division of Emergency Management will again be accepting the voluntary electronic submission of Tier 2 data at kytier2reports@ng.army.mil
