Restricted Activities of Individuals Not Appropriately Credentialed

No individual shall hold themselves out to be credentialed as a KYEM Instructor/Facilitator unless they hold a current credential issued by the Kentucky Division of Emergency Management. No individual shall hold themselves out to be credentialed as a KYEM Provisional Instructor/Facilitator or Instructor/Facilitator for an individual event other than those for which they are credentialed.
